LUCAS FOSTER | Producer/CEO

Lucas Foster is an award winning A-level Hollywood producer and executive with more than 40 years’ experience on over 70 feature films working with the worlds best studios, writers, directors, talent and film crews.

Mr. Foster produced the Sony Universe of Marvel Characters movie MORBIUS, starring Jared Leto and Matt Smith, and found, developed and executive produced FORD v FERRARI starring Matt Damon and Christian Bale. Other films Mr. Foster has produced during his career include MR. AND MRS. SMITH, MAN ON FIRE, CRIMSON TIDE, BAD BOYS, DANGEROUS MINDS, THE MASK OF ZORRO, ENEMY OF THE STATE, JUMPER and LAW ABIDING CITIZEN among many others. Mr. Foster’s movies have grossed more than six billion dollars in worldwide revenue.

Before becoming an independent producer, Mr. Foster was an executive at MGM/UA and also Columbia Pictures. He also served as the Executive Vice-President of Production for Turner Pictures, and Executive Vice-President of Production for Don Simpson/Jerry Bruckheimer Films, as well as significant experience in physical production, in various roles.

Mr. Foster has a formidable reputation and track-record for creating and producing timeless filmed entertainment, at every budget level. His long-term success stems from his strength as a businessman, strategist and filmmaker as well as his innate ability to identify and discover unique talent, tell emotional and engaging timeless stories, together with the highest creative and visual fidelity.

JOHN D FRAGOMENI | Producer

John Fragomeni is a creative leader, producer and media executive, who is a specialist in assembling and developing top notch talent and film operations. Mr. Fragomeni is the former global President of acclaimed visual effects studio, Digital Domain which he rebuilt to the highest gross annual revenue in the company’s history.

Throughout Mr. Fragomeni’s career he has been instrumental in the set-up, growth and management of multiple world-class studios and content companies, including Mirada, a ground-up built, state of the art, integrated media and entertainment production company, founded by Academy Award winning director Guillermo del Toro.

Prior to building and managing studios, Mr. Fragomeni was an editor, director, producer and visual effects supervisor on top tier film production. With over 20 years experience in feature film, episodic and advertising, he’s worked with many top studios, directors and producers. Some credited work as vfx supervisor include; PACIFIC RIM, directed by Guillermo del Toro, the Disney blockbusters, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN II: DEAD MAN’S CHEST and PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN III: AT WORLD’S END directed by Gore Verbinski and TERMINATOR SALVATION directed by McG. Mr. Fragomeni continues to manage and produce with his hands-on approach to the art of film-making and visual effects.

Mr. Fragomeni is known as a strategic thinker, collaborative leader and has served as an executive and President with prominent global media companies. As a filmmaker he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to create rich visuals that evoke emotion through the art of storytelling.

ralph kamp | head of distribution and international sales

RALPH KAMP entered the industry in 1981 working on the feature film MONTY PYTHON’S MEANING OF LIFE, before joining the MONTY PYTHON ORGANIZATION on a permanent basis, looking after all the interests of the six Pythons and all of their incredible films including LIFE OF BRIAN and TIME BANDITS. During his years at Python, Ralph received a broad education in all aspects of the entertainment industry including production, distribution, financing, on both films and televisions shows, book publishing, music licensing and live theatre. In addition, the company's senior management instructed him in general business management, accounts and contract negotiations as part of his wide range of job responsibilities, as well as working on many of the Pythons’ later films including A FISH CALLED WANDA and THE ADVENTURES OF BARON MUNCHAUSEN.

In 1988, he joined Guy East’s new company MAJESTIC FILMS as a sales executive. In a little over a year Ralph was promoted to Head of TV Sales and a year later to Director of Sales selling and distributing a string of critical and financial hit films such as DRIVING MISS DAISY, Kenneth Branagh’s HENRY V and the multi-Oscar winning blockbuster DANCES WITH WOLVES.

Mr. Kamp at the age of 29 was head-hunted to become CEO of French media group LUMIERE PICTURES, which had just acquired the EMI Film Library of 2000 titles for $46m. At the time he was hired, the group had lost $8m on an annual turnover of $14m and needed a major restructuring. 18 months later under Ralph's leadership the company report a profit of $8m on a turnover of $44m, as well as winning its first Oscar (Best Actor - Nicolas Cage LEAVING LAS VEGAS). This exceptional turnaround led to the Company being sold to UGC for $140m in 1995.

He joined Mel Gibson and Bruce Davey as CEO and a shareholder in their newly formed company, ICON ENTERTAINMENT INTERNATIONAL. Mr. Kamp was responsible for all aspects of film financing, production, sales & distribution as well as the overall direction and growth of the international division. He led the company for 7 years, recording a profit each year and the company produced and distributed 36 films in that time, including BRAVEHEART, WHAT WOMEN WANT, SPICE WORLD and… AN IDEAL HUSBAND.

Ralph formed ODYSSEY ENTERTAINMENT with a group of US investors, arranging finance and distributing 34 feature films in 6 years including THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, THE LIBERTINE starring Johnny Depp, Oscar nominated films AUGUST RUSH and AN EDUCATION, LASSIE, and several very successful animated features VALIANT, HAPPILY NEVER AFTER and SPACE CHIMPS.

In 2009, Ralph launched his own international production, finance and sales company TIMELESS FILMS. He continues his long-standing relationships with producers, distributors and financiers across the world. It is a family business with an emphasis on family entertainment. Timeless’ slate includes ANIMALS UNITED, JUSTIN AND THE KNIGHTS OF VALOUR, POSTMAN PAT and ROCK DOG and HAPPY FAMILY.

Mr. Kamp has sold and distributied more than 400 feature films and television programs over the last 40 years with a market value in excess of $2 Billion dollars in international sales.

BRIAN LaRODA| Producer

Brian LaRoda was Manager of the internationally acclaimed music icon Stevie Wonder for more than twenty years. Stevie has often paid tribute to Mr. LaRoda, quoting him as being “his eyes and ears.” Due to the strong relationships that Mr. LaRoda has cultivated throughout his career, he has been uniquely successful in seamlessly connecting high profile personalities and international organizations with the entertainment industry.

Mr. LaRoda successfully brought the leadership of Shaolin together with high profile celebrities such as Jackie Chan, Robert Downy Jr, Mike Tyson, Chris Tucker, and Wing Chun grandmasters from around the world to support the return of Wing Chun to the Shaolin temple in Zhengzhou, China. This historical event was memorialized with the rare honor of a dedicated monument in the Shaolin temple.

Mr. LaRoda worked closely with Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie and Quincy Jones in support of the world famous, seminal recording and broadcast of “WE ARE THE WORLD.” He also coordinated the presentation of the 2nd Annual Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Music to Stevie Wonder and the first hosting at the White House of the newly elected President Barack Obama.

KERI NAKAMOTO | Producer

Ms. Nakamoto is a seasoned film executive and experienced fundraiser whose producing credits include STEPHEN KING’S ‘CHILDREN OF THE CORN’, ‘CENTIGRADE’ (starring Vincent Piazza and Genesis Rodriguez), ‘KINDERGARTEN TEACHER’ (starring Maggie Gyllenhaal), and ‘THE DEAL’ (starring Meg Ryan, William H. Macy and LL Cool J).

Ms. Nakamoto’s strengths encompass film production and negotiating financing/distribution agreements. Keri has raised tens of millions of dollars for nonprofit and for-profit organizations throughout her career. 

Ms. Nakamoto’s expertise and passions are strategically aligned with an elite network of seasoned professionals and investors which allows her to drive opportunities, revenues and social impact for all her endeavors.

Ms. Nakamoto was a board member of the Sarasota Film Festival for a number of years. During her tenure, she was credited for raising millions of dollars of impact funds to catapult this non-profit into a top ten North American film festival. Ms Nakamoto’s business and personal activities are focused on discovering and delivering valuable impact, collaboration and fellowship with her peers.

HOLLY CARNEY | Producer

Holly Carney is a seasoned entertainment executive with a proven track record in development. She has collaborated with esteemed producers, directors, and studios on a diverse range of independent film productions. Her unwavering commitment is to make a meaningful impact on the cultural landscape through narrative audio-visual storytelling.

As a founding partner of Timeless Talent Management and also a partner at ANVL Entertainment, Holly has spearheaded notable achievements and made significant contribution in building and developing these entertainment content companies.

Mrs. Carney produced the theatrical feature film FATIMA, released in 2020, and the first installment of the I AM MORTAL trilogy, released in 2022. Additionally, she serves as a producer for several podcasts through her company, Timeless Talent Management.

Mrs. Carney has established a comprehensive and diverse professional network, enabling the identification of emerging opportunities in the creative industry for film and television projects. An integral ingredient to her contribution has been her innate ability to link creative opportunities with funding opportunities for projects. Throughout her career, Holly has successfully secured hundreds of millions of dollars in capital, enabling her to breathe life to premium entertainment content.

As a producer, Mrs. Carney is currently collaborating with business partners on three major feature films and two limited series projects. Several more film and TV projects are in advanced development and are poised to commence production in 2025 and 2026.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Holly Carney dedicates significant time and resources to The Women’s Christian Fellowship and various charitable causes. She currently resides in Carlsbad, California.

dimitris anagnostou | Producer

Dimitris is a multilingual serial entrepreneur, investor and corporate development strategist.

With a global network of strong relationships, Mr. Anagnostou works with established brands, start-ups and governments around the world, consulting on corporate development, strategic partnerships and global growth. Based in Los Angeles and Athens, Mr. Anagnostou is behind the international Strategy & Marketing plans for the “SOUND OF FREEDOM” the highest grossing ($300M) independent film of 2023, as well as the highest grossing documentary of that year, AFTER DEATH ($13M).

Apart from finance work for film and television, he is the co founder of D-Stinct Media developing original IP, Constantine Concepts Inc, a conceptual design company working with major Hollywood studios for projects like, House of Dragon, Superman, Avatar, Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Hunger Games, Thor, Oblivion, Black Panther to name a few.

Mr. Anagnostou co-founded Declare Productions, a VFX & Animation Studio with artists in Greece servicing films and shows like HBO’s ‘Westworld,’ Netflix’ Living with Yourself and ‘The Magicians’ and has now merged with BUBU Studios doing VFX work for major Hollywood productions around the globe.

Mr. Anagnostou also sits on the board of a number of technology companies as an investor or strategist and he is a co-founder and board member of The World Children’s Day, an organization supporting children around the world.


WILL BYLES | writer, designer, animator and creative director


WIll Byles is a multihypenate; writer, designer, animator and director in games, film, television and theatre.

Mr. Byles began his career acting and designing at the famous Maddermarket Theatre in Norwich, where he soon discovered that his talents lay in directing.

Moving to London, he started working in the film industry, as a prop and model maker, stop frame animator, DOP and ultimately director for commercials until 1993.

Mr. Byles then set up his own successful film and animation studio, directing commercials, pop promos and shorts where he also started to work in CGI and post-production. 

In 1997 he joined Aardman Animation as a Creative Director and helped establish their then burgeoning Computer Animation department. 

Mr. Byles made the transition into games when he started work as Art Director on the famous ‘Battlefield’ franchise with Electronic Arts and Dice; going on to become Executive Producer with EA Partners, working with developers like Valve, Starbreeze and Crytek

In 2010, he joined Supermassive Games as Creative Director; writing and directing the BAFTA winning and financially successful games, ‘UNTIL DAWN’ and multi-award winning, ‘THE QUARRY.’
